Return Policy & Process
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return it. Just follow these steps:
How do I return an item?
1. Log in to your customer account using your email: https://account.kuratist.com
2. Go to Orders and select the order you’d like to return.
3. Follow the instructions to choose the items you wish to send back.
4. Our customer service team will confirm your request via email and provide return instructions.
What should I keep in mind?
• You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
• The item must be in its original condition:
• Unused and without any signs of wear.
• Not washed or cleaned.
• In its original packaging with the barcode attached.
• Gifts, giveaways, and promotional items cannot be returned.
How long does processing take?
• Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a return label within 1–2 business days.
• When your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll check the condition. If everything is fine, we’ll process your refund.
• The entire process typically takes around 14 days.
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
You, as the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
To reduce unnecessary paper waste, we don’t include return labels in our packages. Instead, we’ll email you the return label once your request is approved.
This approach helps us create more conscious shipping practices and minimize returns.
