Return Policy & Process
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can easily return it. Please follow these steps:
How do I return an item?
1. Log in to your customer account with your email: https://account.kuratist.com
2. Select the order for which you want to request a return.
3. Follow the instructions to choose the items you wish to return.
4. Our customer service team will send you a confirmation email with return instructions.
What do I need to consider?
• You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
• The item must be in its original condition:
• Unused and free from signs of wear.
• Not washed or cleaned.
• In original packaging with barcode.
• Gifts, giveaway items, or promotional products cannot be returned.
How long does processing take?
• Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label via email within 1–2 business days.
• After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will inspect the item. As soon as it is restocked, we will process your refund.
• Please note that the entire process may take up to 14 days.
• Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
To reduce paper waste, we do not include a return label in our packages. Instead, we will email you the label once your return request is approved.
This approach supports our goal of making shipping more sustainable and keeping returns to a minimum.
